Brief History
Perikles Katsaros and his
family welcome new and old friends to Nikolas Taverna, one of the
best loved and most frequented tavernas in Corfu.
We thought that you might be interested in learning something
about the history of the taverna and the family.
Perikles and his
family opened Kalami Tourist Services in 1986 as an information and
exchange centre. Being the only office of its kind in the area, it
served a need for tourists visiting the bay. Over the years the
services it offers have been extended to include: day trips to and
from Kassiopi and boat trips around Corfu. Quality accommodation
owned by Perikles' family is offered in Kalami and the surrouding
areas.

Nikolas Taverna
Easter trip
to Greek Mainland with Perikles
As he does every year, Perikles is organizing a trip
to the Greek mainland, round Easter time, with all his friends who
will come to Corfu to celebrate the Easter with him and his family.
Perikles invites everybody who is really interesting to spend
sometime in Agni during Greek Easter, to celebrate with Perikles and
his family and join to the trip in Greek Mainland, to contact us
through e-mail, in
Nikolas@agnibay.com.
Soon, in a next newsletter, we are going to give you
more details about the trip, and also the price including: A few
days stay in Agni, and then, for a few more days in Mainland.
Perikles, so
far has the experience of those trips which are becoming very
popular. The number of friends for these trips is never more that 12
– 15 people, so in the end of the day, they all feel like a big
family and old friends.
It’s
necessary for everyone who is coming in Corfu for many years now, to
explore and visit also the different life of the Greek people away
from the tourist resorts, to have time to talk with the locals and
enjoy the different traditional atmosphere.
As always Perikles does, he will guarantee the atmosphere the
quality and the friendship.
The new
Mini Bus of
"Nikolas Tourist Enterprises"
The new Mini bus will transfer people from and to the
taverna, day trips to Corfu town for our guests and to Greek
Mainland for our accommodation there, to and from the airport for
the guests of Nikolas apartments etc.
It has
15 sits and guarantees the comfort that everybody needs for long and
short trips.
